Well my friends have been scoring some nice bucks thus far this year. Dave is holding a six point that had 13" tines. Jake and I were with him when he shot this deer at 100+ yards with his single shot Encore. JP is holding his 8 point that he got behind his house. Both of these bucks were shot within a mile of each other near our house. We had a lot of fun cutting these up i the garage with the wood stove cooking. I continue to pursue the big deer out in Bloomfield and my friend Brud reported that he saw him gain tonight, so I know he is still there.

The hunt is still on....
